  Eating sushi in a land-locked state is like playing a game of chicken with your bowels, but Denver has surprisingly good fresh fish, and Sushi Kazu is a place to find it.
  
  It's in a nondiscript strip mall and maximum capacity is only 45, but it really is a hidden gem. The staff always greets you as soon as you walk through the door. The sushi chefs are highly skilled and crank out delicious sushi at a fast food level pace. The Happy Hour menu is a smoking deal and lets you taste a bit of everything without breaking the bank. Both your tummy and wallet leave happy!
